I offer one on one private personal training or a partner/couple workout option to suit your needs. There are various packages and rates listed below to help you decide which plan is best for you and your budget.

All workouts are on site at our private training studio in Lynnwood unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. *Additional fees may apply if the workout location is changed based on your preferences.* The major benefit of a private studio is having a comfortable and non-judgemental environment to workout in. There are no loud distractions, no interruptions, and no leering eyes, just a safe space to workout. As an added bonus, there is never a wait for the equipment and you get to choose the music! All sessions are 60 minutes long and are tailored to meet your specific goals. Every client receives a custom workout designed with their goals in mind!

What You Can Expect

Here’s a breakdown of an average 60 minute one on one session. I like to provide time for questions and answers as we discuss items such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, strategies for traveling, or other health and wellness topics.

1-5 minutes:

Each session will begin with client check in. I want to know how you are feeling physically and mentally for the session. By communicating any new aches/pains or distractions, I can modify the planned workout if needed. We may also discuss nutritional adherence, at home/work assignments or follow up on any number of related health and wellness subjects previously discussed.

 

5-15 minutes:

The active portion will start with a warm-up and a brief discussion about the workout for the day. This serves a couple of purposes. First, the warm-up gets the blood flowing and heart rate up to prepare the body for the workout. This will reduce injury risk and prepare the body for the workout. Warm-ups are designed around the workout for the day so each warm-up will be a little different.

Secondly, it allows us to discuss the exercises in greater detail and decide if any modifications are needed for the workout. For example, a modification may be selecting a box height for stepping or jumping, deciding which weight to use, or working around a previous or current injury restriction. Each workout is custom designed for each participant!

 

10-25 minutes:

The workout! Each workout will look a little bit different but each will help you reach your goals. It is important to note that you are not paying me to count your reps! You are paying me to watch your form, address any issues I see and coach you to correct them. This is attentive coaching – I’m not on my phone (unless I’m taking your picture!), I’m not on a computer, I’m right there with you. This helps reduce injuries and progress you towards your goals.


10-15 minutes:

Cool down, mobility, stretch, and discuss any odds/ends that come up. We typically review the workout and see how you are feeling post session as we wrap up. A conversation about weekly goals typically happens here, as well as any further questions you have. We also handle any scheduling at the end of the session.
